Some recent stuff :)

Long time, no seen. Blog writing is apparently not my thing as my life is slightly too boring for me to have something new to share more than every 3 months or so ;) But I figured I'd at least write a line to keep this thing from shutting down on account of little to none activity.

This summer I went on one crazy, amazing, horrible, wet bike trip down the west coast of Norway with my crazy, amazing friend Natalie. We started out in Molde and had Norheimsund as out goal, but due to numerous changes in routs, endless map gazing and some over-the-phone advice giving, we ended up cycling to Bergen instead. I soon discovered tunnels are not my thing, especially the ones 500m+ going uphill. Lucky thing there is only about a 1000 of them heading towards Bergen. Not to mention the ever so permanent rainclouds chasing us indoors several nights, and finally making a deep dent in our wallets as we succumbed and bought water proof shoes half way through. Thankfully we had a few moments of sunshine and I somehow managed to score an awesome bike pant tan :) We arrived in one, or rather the two pieces we started out as, and even made a few discoveries about how we react in times of trials (I for sure was not positively surprise by my attitude and is currently in training to discover the fruit of the spirit, thank you Beth Moore!).

I was able to attend a missions conference and hang out with old friends, which was awesome. Now I'm back home and started in my new job as a night sister aka nurse to the elderly between the hours of 22.15 and 7.45. The remainder of the day I sleep, attend various bible study groups and try to soak up as much of the Word as possible before my departure, hopefully next summer heading for south east asia. Well, I've told you everything now, what am I supposed to write in 3 months?

Natalie in her new rain coat, bought about 10 minutes after we left from my house in Molde and the weather caught up with us ,)
Sadly enough it wasn't long enough to cover her shoes. But no worries, newspapers can be used for more than news!
 Camping out close to Florø
On the top of a mountain we had to climb, while all the cars drove straight through the mountain in about 2 minutes, it took us the better of 2 hours! We did find some amazing, wild strawberries on the way up though.
Førde was nice
