I've gotten to do a lot of stuff now that I think about it...

I've been feeling kinda bored the last few weeks, living and working in Norway. I decided to watch some old photos from the last few years, and I realized I've packed A LOT of awesome experiences in there, of which I am very grateful to have been able to take part. Here is a...hmmf...short photo summary: I have gotten to....


 Make an awesome brasilian friend in Spain, live there for several months as a student nurse
 Take the ferris wheel on top of a mountain in Barcelona with my little bro
 Visit Stonehenge with one of my favorite little girls
 Learn how to make a rapunzel cake with my awesome friend Anne in England
 Learn how to patch up a ceiling in England
 Cuddled precious babies in Ethiopia

 Cycle Molde-Bergen with my sweet friend Natalie
 See my German brother Fibs get married in Germany
 Be room mates with two Portuguese girls in Spain
 Be isolated from the outside world due to heavy snow fall in England for several days (they call this a lot of snow! :)
 Go to the christmas marked in Heidelberg in Germany with my friend Anne
 Visit Brussels, Belgium for 3 hours with the same Anne, and also driving from Norway to England, through 7 countries in 48 hours with her and my friend Grete
 Be one of 9 people sleeping in a car in France, on the way to England, during the vulcanoe ash incident
 Climb an Austrian Alp in tennis shoes, and sliding back down again
 Visit a German castle on an Island
 Eat circular shaped food in Prague
 Be thrown of a horse in Germany, well... it was really more like sliding of I must admit :)
 Climb a vulcano and walk on cooled down lava in Guatemala
 Go surfing in El Salvador
 Hang out with a bunch of norwegians on el dia de los muertos, Guatemala
 Play with precious guatemalan pre schoolers
 Survive in the English wilderness ;)
 Visit the family of our cab driver in India
 Cycle Grimsby-Newcastle by map printed off of google maps (don't try this at home!)
 Get a henna tatoo

 Ride on an Elephant up to an Indian Castle
 Go on a wild tiger safari in India, yeah this is as close we wanted to get without a roof in the car
 Experience the Taj Mahal, and not to mention the Delhi Belly..
 Get eaten by bed bugs contracted on a 17 hour over night train ride
 Get attacked by a monkey who wanted my fruit peels, and fending them off with juice
 Eat shark fin soup
 Be a guest at a 700 guests wedding in Thailand
 Swim at the most beautiful coral beach in the world on Guam
 See this cutie be born in California

 Live at this house for a year and learn to do a backward dive, in the US
 Be baptized by two of my best friends in England at the beach
 Drive in a car filled with balloons
 Pull out the Atlas in the norwegian mountains
 Visit Mexico very briefly with my sister and her boyfriend
 Entertain crazy, bible school people at the cabin
 Climb mountains during the one summer with nice weather we've had in forever
 Celebrate my great grandmas 100 year birthday
 Live in a tent for 5 weeks while learning an african language
 After the five weeks... :)
 Learn how to make fire without matches or a fire steel
 Cuddle a wild squirrel baby
 Take part in a coffee ceremony in Ethiopia
 Have this view from my bedroom window!
 Be groomed by a monkey and later take it on a swim at the beach in the Philippines
 Fly in a 6 seter plane wearing safety jackets and lading on a tiny grass airstrip in the jungle
 Play with a baby croc
 Make friends and go snorkeling in the Philippines
 Have homemade pizza at an italian family's place in Madrid
 Make bread in a brick own
 Witness a guy getting help after just crashing his plane in the fields by our tents
 Watch the fire works from the top of a mountain on a new years eve, after walking up the whole way carrying torches

 See some of the biggest trees in the world
 Go on a california road trip with my sister
 Be a cover girl
 Hanging out with some tribal people from PNG :)
 Doing all my laundry in a sink for weeks
 Sail down the Ganges River
 See a gray hound race
 Be a student nurse in Ethiopia

Wow, I'm thankful for all the stuff I have been able to do and the people I've gotten to know!!
