Today is a public holiday (celebration of the birth of Muhammed) so school was out, and we went for a drive outside of town up into the foothills.
Some people worked in the rice fields
Some were chasing the chickens and ducks away from the grain that was spread out in the sun. No one was watching these ones though, so the chickens were having quite a meal
Some people were fishing in the rice fields. Often they get eel
This is how some of the roads looked, really fun to drive!
Afterwards we hung out a bit with some neighbors
They all love Alia of course :)
