The last couple of days I've been filling in some recipes in my awesome homemade cook book (made by my mom) in order to make some yummy stuff in s.e. Asia in the future. My favorites so far in there are nan bread, chocolate chip cookies and American pancakes. But there are lots and lots of empty pages still, and I don't want to be dragging a whole lot of empty writing paper across the world, so if you would like to share one of your favorites, I'd be happy to receive them :) Baking, cooking, yogurt making...whatever!
