Jogging

Did I mention that my little (but bigger) brother and I started jogging a few weeks ago? We're doing the classical naught til 30 min plan, which means about 2-3 runs a week for around 30 minutes, divided into intervals. These are gradually increased each week until you (hopefully) can jog 30 minutes in one stretch. Today we did our first 8 min x3 jog, trying desperately to stay away from all the uphills, which is hard when you basically live in the mountains. Our greatest enemy so far, however, are the persistent stings to the sides (stich? whatever that is in English?). They particularly have it in for my brother for some reason or another. I try to keep my spirits up by frantically quoting James ch.1v.2 in my mind, and hoping that this won't be too much harder in 35 degrees...


This doesn't look too bad though..
