Finger printed

Today we went to the local police station to be finger printed as part of the "rapporting in your new visa process". But before we could go, we had to fill inn 4 pages of paper work pr person.

Thankfully we had help, so at least we knew how to fill it in! This is Mas Ariel trying to look frustrated ;) Poor guy has to drag us foreigners around to all the different offices in town.

But first we had this for lunch, check out those teeth! It was really yummy though, for some reason it really tasted like turkey. (that might just be me not eating turkey for a long time though ;)

Then we went to this office and waited while they filled in some more forms

Then after quite a while we walked over to another building to do out fingerprint. More forms were filled in while we had fun looking at this awesome chart that they use to describe our appearances in their forms (my faveourite is the ears!)

Then we did an actually fingerprinting using some kind of ink (not electronically), and all of our fingers were printed two times on a sheet, on 3 different forms = each finger being printed 6 times. Yes it took a while for all six of us. A funny thing we found out both me and Daniel have some weird thing with not being able to twist our ring-finger the right way in order to get a good print, must be genetic ;)

All in all we where there for a couple of hours. Last week I was at another office getting my pictures taken plus an electronic finger print. That also took quite a while. And now I have to try to get together a complaint to the tax-collecting authorites in Norway, oh the paperwork.. So thankful for our awesome co-workers that do most of it for us!
