Swedish meatballs and mangoes

Today I had awesome swedish meatballs and boiled potatoes for lunch (dinner), and then sweet, perfectly ripe mango and watermelon for dessert. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds! :) Now lets see if I can figure out how to manufacture some brown cheese.. ;)

  1. How to make brown cheese: melt some white cheese and add some chocolate. Stir until fully brown. ;-)
