Visiting..a lot!

Today me and my room mates went to visit one of their friends that lives a little bit outside of town. First we took an angkot taxi/bus, and then switched over to something resembling a minibus. Her neighborhood was a bit more in the countryside, with a coffee plantation next to it. We visited for quite a while, eating a lot, and meeting her family. After a while we walked over to her aunt and uncles house and ate some more there. This holiday is definitely challenging on the stomach! Its hard to know what to do when you get offered something and you're already really full, or if you have started eating something that you really don't like, can you leave it or do you have to keep eating it not to offend? At the moment I don't really know how all that works here, so I've stayed on the safe side, trying everything I've been offered and finishing it up!
In the afternoon (after a much needed nap) we went around the neighborhood visiting a few neighbors and eating lots of cookies. We didn't get to visit all of them, so we'll go again tomorrow.
