Sometimes you get more than you bargain for when you go to a mall in Asia! Today they had filled the first floor with all kinds of motorbikes and scooters, and occasionally they had a lady pose on the bike while people were taking pictures. They also had a stage with a band that place incredibly loudly. We were up on the third floor, inside a shop, and we had to yell to hear each other!

Towards the end of the day we had a huge down pour, and thunder and lightning. When it rains here it really rains! Outside the mall they had a couple of guys working to keep the water off the stairs at the entrance (yellow rain suit). On the road back we saw a guy on a motorcycle with water over halfway up his tires, and it had only rained for a little while!
All in all I was very happy with today's trip as, among other things, I found a couple of jars of raspberry jam, yey!
